Hershey Company (The) -- Moody's: Hershey takes a bite into healthier snack space with KRAVE acquisition, a short term negative

New York, January 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Hershey's announcement today that it will acquire KRAVE Pure Foods, Inc. maker of KRAVE jerky, an all natural premium jerky snack brand is a short term negative but does not affect its A1 long-term or P-1 short term ratings or stable outlook.
