GTECH S.p.A. -- Moody's: GTECH acknowledges exploratory discussions with IGT regarding potential transaction; no ratings impact
New York, June 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said the ratings of GTECH S.p.A. ("GTECH") and International Game Technology ("IGT") are not affected by GTECH's press release announcement that it has engaged advisors to assist it in exploring a potential transaction with International Game Technology.
