Gibson Brands, Inc. -- Moody's downgrades Gibson's rating (CFR to B3); ratings on review for further downgrade
New York, December 22, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Services ("Moody's") downgraded Gibson Brands ("Gibson") ratings following the company's very weak quarterly results, pushing credit metrics below Moody's expectation and putting stress on Gibson's liquidity profile. The ratings are on review for possible further downgrade.
