Genworth Seguros de Credito a la Vivienda -- Moody's continues review of Genworth Seguros de Crédito a la Vivienda (Baa3 IFS) for downgrade

Mexico, May 29, 2015 -- Moody's de México ("Moody's") announced that it is continuing its review for downgrade of the Baa3/Aa3.mx (global and national scale, respectively) insurance financial strength (IFS) ratings of Genworth Seguros de Crédito a la Vivienda ("Genworth Mexico"), following the February 11 downgrade of the Mexican mortgage insurer's parent's debt rating (Genworth Holdings, Inc., senior unsecured debt lowered to Ba1 from Baa3, outlook negative).
