Geely Automobile Holdings Limited -- Moody's: Geely faces credit-positive effect from its acquisition of Chunxiao factory from parent
Hong Kong, February 10, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Geely Automobile Holding's (Ba2 stable) proposed acquisition of a new factory in Chunxiao from parent Zhejiang Geely (unrated) is -- once it completes -- credit positive, but has no immediate impact on its Ba2 corporate family and senior unsecured bond ratings.
