Garfunkelux Holdco 3 S.A. -- Moody's assigns (P)B2 rating to GFKL Financial Services AG
London, 15 July 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today assigned a provisional (P)B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to GFKL Financial Services AG (GFKL). Moody's has also assigned a (P)B2 rating to the proposed EUR365 million senior secured note issued by Garfunkelux Holdco 3 S.A. (HoldCo), GFKL's parent company. This is the first time that Moody's has rated GFKL.
