New York, April 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the ratings of Fulton Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries, including its lead bank, Fulton Bank. Fulton Financial Corporation has a Baa1 issuer rating and Fulton Bank is rated C/a3 for bank financial strength/baseline credit assessment, A3 for long-term deposits, and Prime-2 for short-term obligations. The outlook is stable.
