Franshion Brilliant Limited -- Moody's: Franshion's proposed share placement will enhance its liquidity and capital structure
Hong Kong, June 10, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Franshion Properties (China) Limited's proposed share placement -- if it goes ahead -- is credit positive, but will not immediately impact the company's Baa3 issuer rating or the stable rating outlook.
