London, 25 March 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service placed on review for upgrade the Baa3 rating of the EUR78 million senior secured bonds due May 2041 issued by Société de la Rocade L2 de Marseille, and the Baa3 rating of the EUR84 million senior bonds due October 2043 issued by FCT Rocade L2 Marseille.
