Express Scripts Holding Company -- Moody's rates Express Scripts' new sr. notes Baa2
New York, June 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today assigned a Baa2 rating to Express Scripts Holding Company's new senior unsecured bond offering. All of Express Scripts' existing ratings remain unchanged. The rating outlook is stable. Moody's anticipates that proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt. Concurrent with this offering, Express Scripts will launch a tender offer for $1.5 billion of 2.65% senior unsecured notes that mature in February 2017, as well as certain other outstanding maturities.
