Excel Trust, L.P. -- Moody's assigns a Baa3 rating to Excel Trust's senior unsecured debt issuance; stable outlook
New York, May 08, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Baa3 rating to the senior unsecured debt issued by Excel Trust, L.P., the operating partnership owned by Excel Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EXL), a retail focused REIT. In the same rating action, Moody's affirmed the (P)Baa3 senior unsecured debt ratings assigned to Excel Trust, L.P. and Excel Trust, Inc. The rating outlook is stable.
