Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. -- Moody's comments that proposed $510 Million Capital Increase is Credit Positive for Entel Chile; No Immediate Impact on Ratings

New York, March 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service commented today that the proposed $510 Million share issuance is credit positive for Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. ('Entel Chile'), though the plans also have no immediate impact on the company's Baa3 ratings.
