Dubai Holding Commercial Oper. MTN Ltd -- Moody's withdraws all ratings for DHCOG

London, 04 February 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn the B1 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and B1-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) of Dubai Holding Commercial Operations Group LLC (DHCOG). Concurrently, Moody's has also withdrawn its provisional (P)B1 rating on Dubai Holding Commercial Operations MTN Limited as well as the B1 rating on the GBP500 million bond due 01 February 2017 issued under the medium-term note (MTN) programme. The ratings have been withdrawn pursuant to Moody's guidelines for the withdrawal of ratings, as insufficient information is available to Moody's to continue monitoring effectively the company's creditworthiness.
