CVR Partners, LP -- Moody's places CVR Partners' ratings under review for downgrade
New York, October 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") placed CVR Partners, LP's B1 corporate family rating, B1-PD probability of default rating, and the B1 senior secured notes rating under review for possible downgrade following the deterioration in nitrogen fertilizer industry conditions that are expected to persist for a more prolonged period than previously expected. CVR's Speculative Grade Liquidity rating is unchanged at SGL-3.
