New York, December 05, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned ratings of A1 to the following additional series of fixed rate senior unsecured bonds being issued by Credit Suisse AG, acting through its Tokyo Branch, under the bank's samurai bond registration. The rating outlook is negative.
