London, 04 March 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded to B1 from Ba3 Credit Europe Bank N.V.'s (CEB NV) long-term deposit ratings, because of the weakening in the standalone credit profile of the bank's main subsidiary Credit Europe Bank Ltd. (CEBL). The long-term deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of this Russian subsidiary have also been downgraded to B1 from Ba3.
