CRCC Yupeng Limited -- Moody's: China Railway Construction's private equity placement is credit positive
Hong Kong, July 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd.'s (CRCC) completion of a non-public equity placement is credit positive, but has no immediate impact on its A3 issuer rating; the A3 rating on the bond issued by CRCC Yupeng Limited and guaranteed by CRCC; or the A3 rating on the bond issued by CRCC Yuxiang Limited and guaranteed by CRCC.
