Costa Rica, Government of -- Moody's changes outlook on Costa Rica's Ba1 rating to negative from stable; affirms rating
New York, February 08, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today changed the outlook on the Government of Costa Rica's Ba1 issuer rating to negative from stable. At the same time, Moody's has affirmed Costa Rica's Ba1 senior unsecured and issuer ratings.
