London, 21 August 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today upgraded to A3 from Baa3 the rating on the GBP150 million senior secured European Investment Bank loan due in 2040 (the EIB Loan) and GBP215 million of senior secured bonds (the Bonds) due in 2041 issued by Consort Healthcare (Mid Yorkshire) Funding Plc (the Issuer). The outlook remains stable. The Issuer is the funding vehicle for Consort Healthcare (Mid Yorkshire) Limited (ProjectCo).
