Sao Paulo, April 07, 2016 -- Moody's America Latina Ltda (Moody's) has assigned a Ba3 global scale and a A2.br Brazilian national scale rating (NSR) to the planned senior unsecured debentures of up to BRL65 million to be issued by Concessionaria da Rodovia Lagos S.A. ("ViaLagos"). At the same time, Moody's affirmed the corporate family ratings and the ratings of the senior unsecured debentures due in 2020 at Ba3 and A2.br on the global and national scales, respectively. The outlook is negative for all ratings.
