Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc -- Moody's assigns B1 rating to CS&L's new notes
New York, June 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned B1 ratings to Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc's ("CS&L" or "the company") proposed $150 million senior secured notes, in line with the company's existing senior secured ratings. The notes will be subject to the same guarantees, security, and covenants as the company's existing $400 million senior secured notes. Moody's expects CS&L to use the proceeds repay outstanding borrowings on the revolving credit facility.
