Comision Federal de Electricidad -- Moody's Affirms CFE´s Ratings. Changes Outlook to Negative

New York, April 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investor's Service, ("Moody´s") affirmed Comision Federal de Electicidad's (CFE) debt ratings of Baa1 (Global Scale, local currency) .
