CNH Global N.V. -- Correction to Text, April 3, 2013 Release: Moody's assigns Ba2 rating to CNH Capital notes; outlook is stable.
New York, July 18, 2013 -- Added affirmations for the senior unsecured bond ratings and a stable outlook for CNH America LLC. The third and fourth sentences now read as follows: "The Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and Probability of Default Rating (PDR) of CNH Global are affirmed at Ba2 and Ba2-PD respectively, its Speculative Grade Liquidity rating remains at SGL-3, and the senior unsecured bond ratings of CNH, CNH Capital, and CNH America LLC are affirmed at Ba2. The rating outlook for CNH Global, CNH America LLC, and CNH Capital is stable."
