Sao Paulo, November 10, 2015 -- Moody's America Latina Ltda (Moody's) assigned a Baa3 rating on the global scale and Aa1.br rating on Brazil's national scale to the senior unsecured amortizing BRL 500 million debenture to be issued by Companhia de Gas de Sao Paulo (Comgas) in up to three tranches with maturities of up to 10 years. Moody´s understands that the issuance could increase in up to BRL 175 million subject to the book building process.
