China Three Gorges Corporation -- Moody's: China Three Gorges' rating unaffected by acquisition of Duke Energy International Brazil
Hong Kong, October 12, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China Three Gorges Corporation's (CTG, Aa3 negative) acquisition of Duke Energy International Brazil Holdings S.à.r.l. (Duke Brazil, unrated) will not immediately affect CTG's Aa3 issuer rating or baa2 baseline credit assessment. The rating outlook remains negative.
