China State Construction Int'l Holdings Ltd -- Moody's: China State Construction International Holdings' building acquisition and increase in share capital is credit positive
Hong Kong, May 16, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China State Construction International Holdings Limited's (CSCI) acquisition of a building in the Wanchai area of Hong Kong, and the concurrent issuance of equity capital to its parent, China Overseas Holdings Limited (COHL, unrated) is credit positive.
