China Resources Land Limited -- Moody's: Greenland HK's partnership with CR Land is credit positive
Hong Kong, January 15, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited's joint venture with China Resources Land Limited (CR Land, Baa1 stable) and its sale of equity interests in a plot of land in Shanghai is credit positive, but has no immediate impact on its Ba1 corporate family and senior unsecured ratings.
