China Overseas Land & Investment Limited -- Moody's: COLI's proposed domestic corporate bond issuance is credit positive
Hong Kong, November 19, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China Overseas Land & Investment Limited's (COLI, Baa1 stable) proposed domestic corporate bond issuance is credit positive because it will diversify the company's funding channel, further lower its average borrowing costs and improve its liquidity and debt maturity profile.
