China Oil and Gas Group Limited -- Moody's: China Oil and Gas' completion of acquisition of Canadian oil fields has no impact on its ratings

Hong Kong, July 25, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the completion of China Oil and Gas Group Limited's (COG) acquisition of oil and gas fields in Canada will have no immediate impact on the company's Ba1 ratings or stable outlook.
