Centrica plc -- Moody's affirms Centrica's ratings following strategic review; outlook stable

London, 30 July 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today affirmed the Baa1/P-2 issuer and senior debt and Baa3 junior subordinated debt ratings of Centrica plc following the outcome of the company's strategic review. The outlook on all ratings remains stable.
