CD 2006-CD3 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, May 03, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Directing Certificateholder with respect to the Two Gateway Center Loan intends to remove Trimont Real Estate Advisors as Special Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement for the Two Gateway Center Loan, and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
