New York, December 15, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned #Aaa ratings to two maturities of defeased State of California General Obligation Refunding Bonds and three maturities of defeased State of California Various Purpose General Obligation Bonds. This rating action affects approximately $337,330,000 of aggregate debt refunded pursuant to the November 25, 2014 escrow agreement.
