Buenos Aires, Province of -- Moody's assigns Baa3.ar debt rating to the Province of Buenos Aires's two new Senior Unsecured Notes in USD due 2019 and in 2027

Buenos Aires City, June 10, 2016 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo has assigned a Baa3.ar (foreign currency on Argentina´s National Scale) rating to two new Senior Unsecured Notes to be issued by the Province of Buenos Aires for a combined amount of USD1,000 million due in 2019 and 2027. At the same time Moody's Investors Service assigned a B3 (Global Scale) rating in foreign currency to the same Notes. The ratings are in line with the province's long term credit quality as reflected in the Baa3.ar issuer rating in foreign currency in National Scale.
