BRZ Investimentos Ltda. -- Moody's affirms the MQ2 Investment Manager Quality Assessment of BRZ Investimentos

Sao Paulo, March 31, 2014 -- Moody's América Latina has affirmed the MQ2 Investment Manager Quality assessment of BRZ Investimentos Ltda. (BRZ Investimentos). The MQ2 assessment reflects Moody's view of the asset manager as having very good management characteristics. BRZ Investimentos is a subsidiary of GP Investments Ltd. (Bovespa: GPIV11), a Brazilian private equity company. BRZ Investimentos is an independent asset management company offering a wide range of fund strategies, including private equity, long only, long/short and fixed income. As of December 31, 2013, BRZ Investimentos' assets under management totaled BRL4.55 billion (USD1.93 billion).
