Broadstone Net Lease, LLC -- Moody's assigns a Baa3 issuer rating to Broadstone; stable outlook
New York, March 24, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Baa3 issuer rating to Broadstone Net Lease, LLC (BNL) with a stable outlook. This is the first rating assigned to Broadstone by the rating agency. Broadstone Net Lease, LLC is a small, externally-managed, private real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and acquires freestanding, single-tenant properties with long-term net leases.
