Boral Limited -- Moody's says Boral's rating is unaffected by announced JV with USG Corp.
Sydney, October 17, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Boral Limited's (Baa3/Stable) rating is unaffected by its agreement with USG Corporation ("USG") (Caa1/Positive) to enter into a joint venture which will comprise Boral's existing Gypsum business and USG's Asian and Middle Eastern businesses.
