Banco BTG Pactual S.A. -- Moody's places BTG Pactual's ratings on review for downgrade

New York, November 25, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today placed on review for downgrade Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (BTG Pactual)'s baseline credit assessment (BCA) of baa3, and its ratings, including the long-term global local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of Baa3; the short-term global local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of Prime-3; the senior unsecured MTN program (foreign currency) rating of (P)Baa3; the long-term Brazilian national scale deposit rating of Aa1.br; and short-term Brazilian national scale deposit rating of BR-1. At the same time, Moody's also placed on review for downgrade all senior, subordinated and hybrid debt ratings assigned to Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Grand Cayman and Luxembourg branches.
