Baidu Inc. -- Moody's: China's new cross-border guarantees policy is credit positive
Beijing, May 22, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China's announcement of a new policy on cross-border guarantees is credit positive for Chinese corporates because it will help them raise offshore funds and subsequently support their overseas operations and expansions.
