Axiata Group Berhad -- Moody's assigns definitive Baa2 rating to Axiata's sukuk notes
Hong Kong, July 22, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has assigned a definitive Baa2 rating to the $500 million sukuk notes issued by Axiata SPV2 Berhad ("ASB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata", Baa2 stable), drawn down from ASB's existing $1.5 billion multi-currency sukuk issuance programme.
