Aviva Plc -- Moody's changes the outlook on Aviva plc to positive
London, 21 April 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Aviva plc's ratings ((P)A3 senior unsecured MTN / Baa1(hyb) subordinate and junior subordinate debt / Baa2(hyb) preferred stock / P-2 commercial paper and P-1 backed commercial paper) and changed the outlook to positive from stable. Moody's also affirmed the A1 insurance financial strength ratings of Aviva plc's main UK operating companies and Friends Life Holdings plc's ratings. The outlooks on these entities were also changed to positive from stable.
