Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. -- Moody's assigns (P)Baa1 rating to ASPI's EMTN programme; stable outlook
London, 31 October 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a provisional (P)Baa1 rating to the euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. (ASPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantia S.p.A. (Baa1 stable). The assigned rating is in line with ASPI's Baa1 issuer rating, which was affirmed as part of this rating action. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
