New York, April 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) today placed the ratings of Ardent Medical Services, Inc. ("Ardent") under review, direction uncertain. These include the company's B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and the B2-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR). This action follows the announcement that Ventas, Inc. [(P)Baa2 stable] will acquire Ardent for approximately $1.8 billion.
