APT Pipelines Limited -- Moody's assigns Baa2 rating to APA's US$1,400 million US144A Notes
Sydney, March 18, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a Baa2 rating to APT Pipelines Limited's ("APT Pipelines", Baa2 stable) senior unsecured US144A notes issuance totaling USD1,400 million. The outlook on the rating is stable. APT Pipelines is the financing vehicle for the Australian Stock Exchange-listed gas infrastructure group, APA Group (unrated).
