Apple Inc. -- Moody's assigns Aa1 rating to Apple Inc. senior unsecured note issuance
New York, April 30, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a rating of Aa1 to Apple Inc.'s senior unsecured note issuance. Proceeds from the announced note issuance will be used to bolster the company's domestic cash balances and aid in the $100 billion shareholder return program. The rating outlook is stable.
