Announcement: Moody's Determines No Negative Rating Impact to Two US RMBS Transactions From Indenture Trustee Downgrade
New York, August 03, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service stated today that the May 23, 2016 downgrade of Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, the indenture trustee, to Baa2 from Baa1 will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of Moody's current ratings of the securities issued by the two affected transactions listed below.
