Anixter Inc. -- Moody's affirms Ba2 CFR for Anixter, Inc.; changes outlook to stable
New York, July 28, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed Anixter Inc.'s ("Anixter") Ba2 Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") and changed its outlook to stable from negative. In related actions, Moody's: 1) affirmed the Ba3 rating assigned to Anixter's$350 million senior unsecured notes due 2019; 2) affirmed the Ba3 rating assigned to Anixter's$400 million senior unsecured notes due 2021; and 3) affirmed the Ba3 rating assigned to Anixter's$350 million senior unsecured notes due 2023.
