Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC -- Moody's Affirms Amneal's Ratings; Outlook Stable
New York, May 12, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") affirmed the ratings of Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC ("Amneal") including the B1 Corporate Family Rating and the B1-PD Probability of Default Rating. Moody's also affirmed the B1 on the senior secured credit facility. The affirmation follows the announcement that the company will upsize its existing term loan by $225 million to fund a shareholder dividend and repay amounts outstanding on the ABL facility. The outlook is stable.
