New York, April 24, 2013 -- In the fifth paragraph of the Ratings Rationale section, added the following as the second sentence: "Other methodologies used include Loss Given Default for Speculative-Grade Non-Financial Companies in the U.S., Canada and EMEA published in June 2009."
