Altice S.A. -- Moody's places Altice's ratings (CFR B1 at Altice S.A.) under review for downgrade

London, 21 May 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service today placed the B1 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and the B1-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) of Altice S.A. ("Altice") and the B1 CFR/B1-PD PDR ratings of Altice International S.a.r.l. ("Altice International") its subsidiary under review for downgrade. The B3 debt ratings of senior notes at Altice, the B1 senior secured debt ratings at Altice International'sAltice Financing S.A. ("Altice Financing") financing subsidiary and the B3 senior notes ratings at Altice Finco S.A. ("Altice Finco"), another financing vehicle of Altice International were also placed under review for downgrade.
