Altice S.A. -- Moody's corrects the ratings on 5 debts under Numericable Group S.A. and 2 debts under its parent Altice S.A.
London, 03 July 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected its ratings on 2 debts (CUSIP 02154VAA9 and ISIN XS1061642580) issued by Altice S.A. to (P)B3 from B3 and the ratings on 5 debts (CUSIPs 67054LAC1, 67054LAB3, 67054LAA5 and ISINs XS1028956065 and XS1028955927) issued by Numericable Group S.A. to (P)Ba3 from Ba3. Due to an internal administrative error, these ratings were changed to definitive ratings from provisional ratings on June 5, 2014.
